Our history

Freshly Made Crêpes Since 2019

Au P'tit Crêpe was born in Paris in 2019, with a simple idea: offer the traditional buckwheat galette and crêpe with quick service, without sacrificing preparation quality. Since then, the brand has opened in Châtelet, in the heart of Paris, then at the Aéroville shopping centre, at the gateway to Roissy — two locations, one method.

The principle hasn't changed: prepare to order, with selected ingredients, and let the customer build their own recipe if they wish.

The galette, reinvented

Traditional Buckwheat, Fast Service

The buckwheat galette is a traditional Breton recipe, made from buckwheat flour — naturally gluten-free. However, because our food is prepared in a shared environment, we cannot guarantee the total absence of gluten traces. Au P'tit Crêpe keeps this recipe as it is, but adapts it to fast counter service: each galette is cooked and filled to order, folded to enjoy on site or on the go.

Build Your Own Recipe

Two ways to order: choose one of the signature recipes from the menu (La Châtelet, La Libanaise, La Roquetta, La Saumon Avocat...), or build your own galette or crêpe by choosing your ingredients one by one at the counter — meat, cheese, vegetables, sauces. The same applies to sweet crêpes: classic toppings (Nutella, salted butter caramel, speculoos) or your own combination.

A Selection of Ingredients

Ingredients are selected and prepared on site every day: fresh vegetables, cheeses, meats, sauces. Nothing is prepared in bulk in advance — each order is assembled as it's placed, allowing the filling to be precisely adjusted to the customer's choice.
